Raum Space was a festival that set out to present the Kaliningrad art scene in an international context and to connect artists based in Kaliningrad and Berlin. It opened in October 2020 with the Tools Without Rules workshop for artists, curators and art managers from both cities, and in December 20 artists presented their collaborations and personal projects.
